About the role: Global Sales Strategy & Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartner's mission-critical sales priorities and works with sales leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO team, you'll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartner's sales force, which delivers approximately $4.9B in annual revenue and working to drive sustained double-digit growth. You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support a global sales force comprised of more than 5,000 associates who sell to every major function, industry and market sector around the world. As Manager, Analytics - Global Sales Strategy & Operations (GSSO) , you will play a pivotal role in developing and evolving our reporting models, delivering actionable insights and supporting a broad portfolio of sales programs. You will collaborate with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams to inform strategy, optimize performance and enable high-impact decisions across GSSO functions such as Marketing, Executive FastStart, Sales Enablement, Sales Productivity, Sales Specialists and Sales Process. What you will do: Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across the global sales organization to support a range of strategy and operations initiatives

Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable insights on trends, drivers and outcomes across multiple sales programs

Develop and present comprehensive analytics-including reports, dashboards and presentations-to diagnose issues, identify risks and shape strategic decision-making

Lead and support project management for analytical model development, process improvements and other analytics initiatives

Solve complex business problems using structured and unstructured quantitative data, prioritizing top opportunities for improving sales performance and productivity

Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and program teams

What you will need: 5+ years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, strategy or a related field

Exceptional communication, data storytelling and business problem-solving skills

Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership

Strong analytical skills, including intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and databases; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Thinkcell, Power BI) is a plus

Demonstrated ability to turn quantitative and qualitative analysis into actionable recommendations and business strategies

Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and functions

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
