What You'll Do- Assess patient status through interviews, observations, and physical assessments.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Implement appropriate interventions to achieve expected patient outcomes.
- Evaluate and document patient progress throughout the shift.
- Modify care plans based on ongoing evaluations and changes in patient conditions.
- Ensure patient safety by adhering to policies and National Patient Safety Goals.
- Participate in Performance Improvement initiatives and serve on unit-based councils.
- Current Illinois RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and safety.
The compensation range for this position is $69,000 - $119,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is located in Peoria, IL, with flexible shift options available.
