What You'll Do- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients aged 18 and older.
- Implement and modify patient care plans based on continuous evaluation.
- Perform head-to-toe assessments and administer medications.
- Support patients and families emotionally throughout their care journey.
- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
- Participate in departmental competencies and shared governance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Current RN license in Illinois.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.
- Experience in oncology nursing is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Hourly rate: $31.65 - $54.44, based on experience.
- Full-time position with flexible shifts available.
- Located in Normal, IL, part of the Carle Health system.
- $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment.
- Relocation assistance available for distances over 50 miles.
