Own and manage key relationships that contribute to successful social media and digital marketing campaigns on behalf of Human Re-Sources and its artists. Write and edit marketing content (ads, newsletters, blogs, emails, social media, presentations and digital campaign proposals). Collaborate with A&R, Creative Director, and Product to build campaigns that encompass strategic streaming, digital media, and marketing roll outs, driving fan engagement. Align with department leads to ensure cohesive marketing plans with timely approvals. Cultivate promotional relationships with brand agencies, PR and non-profit organizations relevant to the artist roster; advise on best practices in the digital landscape and research innovative tools and agencies. Oversee creation of digital media and marketing materials, liaising with management for approvals to move campaigns forward. Conceptualize and oversee strategic rollout of content for artists’ DSP profiles, fanpages, socials, and visual channels. Review audience data, growth analytics, marketing tactics, and dashboards to inform best practices and artist development. Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4-6 years of experience in strategic artist and brand development at a marketing, music, or entertainment company. Strong communication skills with a proven track record of presenting vision and roadmap; able to work cross-functionally, build relationships, and influence managers. Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them with quantitative modeling, strategic thinking, and sound business judgment. Experience presenting to executives and senior leadership. Strong project management skills, end-to-end thinking, ability to manage long-term and multiple projects, and lead teams. What We Give You
