We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Executive; Treasury Services, Real Estate to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in New York City, NY. Responsibilities
Identify new prospects through in-depth industry research, leverage your existing CRE rolodex as well as understanding of the market environment, competitor offerings, regulatory developments etc. Build and manage a portfolio of clients, serving as a strategic partner working with large top-tier clients across the real estate industry and pursue those with high-growth potential. Partner with cross-functional teams, across various LOB's including product, risk & compliance, and legal to structure and execute deals. Stay informed on and report out CRE market trends, competitive developments, and regulatory updates. Drive alignment with stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of cash management / payments solutions for clients and cross-sell BNY’s capabilities across the firm. Qualifications
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred but not required 10+ years of work experience in Sales preferred Treasury Services/cash management experience with particular experience covering clients across the real estate industry required Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to navigate complex regulatory environment and mitigate risk effectively Collaborative mindset with experience working across diverse teams and stakeholders Awards and Recognition

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $127,000 and $225,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
