Position Overview: The Vice President of eBusiness and Marketing at Dometic Corporation plays a pivotal role in shaping our brand and driving our online presence in the Americas. The role leads a talented team and develops and executes strategies to increase consumer engagement across multiple platforms, both online and offline, resulting in increased online sales and enhanced brand visibility. This role reports to the President, Americas and requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, strong leadership, and business acumen. Responsibilities

eBusiness Strategy:

Lead the development of a holistic eBusiness approach spanning online and offline customers to ensure Dometic is positioned consistently, including pricing strategy, policy development and enforcement, program and promotion coordination, strategic positioning across customers, and distribution strategy. E-Commerce Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to maximize online revenue and profitability, including channel expansion, pricing optimization, and conversion rate optimization. Channel Management:

Lead strategy for Dometic.com (D2C), marketplaces, and business-to-business (B2B) platforms. Branding and Identity:

Maintain and enhance the organizations brand and ensure all communications are consistent with a premium brand image. Brand Development:

Lead development and execution of local brand strategy in line with global brand strategy, including content development, new product launch support and communication, external communication strategy, brand-building activities, etc. Digital Marketing:

Lead the digital marketing team in creating and executing innovative online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and influencer marketing. Marketing Campaigns and Events:

Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and events, online and offline, to promote the companys products. Customer Experience:

Champion the development of an exceptional online customer experience, from website usability to post-purchase support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Data Analytics:

Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, monitor KPIs, and continuously optimize e-commerce and marketing strategies. Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of e-commerce and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with other departments, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align e-commerce and marketing efforts with broader business objectives. Budget Management:

Manage and allocate budgets effectively to achieve e-commerce and marketing goals while maintaining financial discipline. Technology and Tools:

Stay up to date with e-commerce and marketing technologies, tools, and trends to ensure Dometic remains at the forefront of digital innovation. Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure that all e-commerce operations and marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations and mitigate potential risks effectively. Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred Proven leadership experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably in a consumer goods or related industry. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding business goals. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change effectively.
