Our Consumer Base Marketing team is looking for an individual who is passionate about building and executing unique and creative consumer-facing marketing programs. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing innovative direct marketing campaigns aimed at stimulating upgrades, driving gross adds, and reducing churn within our wireless customer base. The ideal candidate will have direct marketing experience that includes customer segmentation, project management, and reporting in email, sms, direct mail, and/or paid media channels. You will work closely with internal and agency partners to build and execute marketing journeys, including A/B test plans to optimize your marketing campaigns. You should be organized, decisive, detail-oriented and comfortable in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will use your excellent communication skills to effectively present your work across internal teams, adapting your presentation and level of detail to match your audience. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development and Execution: Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to stimulate upgrades, gross adds, and broadband adoption within the current wireless customer base. Develop strategies to reduce customer churn with relevant customer communications. Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. Customer Trend Analysis and Strategy: Identify trends within the existing customer base to apply to targeted marketing efforts. Proactively seek out data from internal resources to optimize your campaigns. Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to tailor marketing efforts effectively. Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve outcomes. Prepare and present reports on campaign performance to stakeholders. Key Skills
Ability to generate marketing ideas and insights from multiple data sources Lead the on-time delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across internal teams and agencies Experience in email, sms, paid media, and/or digital channels Cross-team relationship building (analytics, retail, online, call center) Interest in building new direct marketing channels to meet customers where they are Strong presentation skills A positive & proactive approach with a bias toward action Qualifications
5+ years relevant experience (Marketing, Digital, Agency) Experience with campaign management and partnership with marketing agencies Experience managing initiatives for consumer facing channels Demonstrated ability to problem-solve Candidates with arrest or convictions records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and the California Fair Chance Act.
