MEDS operates a renowned network of emergency physician and APP peers across both rural and urban communities in the Midwest. in Central Nebraska. We are looking for ABEM or board certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with demonstrated EM experience to join our stable, privately owned group. Opportunity Details
Location: Central Nebraska (Kearney area) Facility: CHI Good Samaritan in Kearney, NE — regional referral center, ACS Designated Level 2 Trauma Center EMS: Full flight team integration ED: 14-bed ED with dedicated trauma suite; approximately 14K annual volume EMR: Epic EMR Trauma and subspecialty coverage available through affiliated services Community & Practice Environment
The community of Kearney has a population of approximately 32,000. The area hosts the University of Nebraska at Kearney (UNK) and offers cultural attractions, family-friendly activities, diverse dining, shopping, and local wineries and breweries. The region presents opportunities for growth and ongoing community engagement. Qualifications
Board certification/eligibility: ABEM or board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with demonstrated Emergency Medicine experience Strong clinical skills in emergency medicine and patient-centered care Ability to collaborate with hospital staff and administrators to improve emergency services How to Apply
