Salary and Benefits
Excellent market-based salary negotiable based on specialty and experience

Responsibilities
Provide full-time, outpatient-only primary care Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
Minimum productivity required: 14 patients per day with incentive compensation for each patient over the daily benchmark
Patient appointment schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch One day per week can be flexed for extended hours through 7:00 PM
No inpatient care required Option to consult for nursing home patients as part of weekly schedule (e.g., morning or afternoon block schedules)
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation (Greenway system)
Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality care, especially for underserved populations (approximately 85% Medicaid)
Support organizational mission and new initiatives, such as recently launched chiropractic services
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
Eligible for or active West Virginia medical license
Willingness to work in an FQHC setting that serves a market that includes:
35% Medicare
30% Medicaid
10% commercial
15% sliding fee scale populations
