Experience caring about users and the product experience while partnering with the product team to drive product direction. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward. Responsibilities

Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers. Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions. Benchmark advertiser’s brand awareness using search ads data and build insights and recommendations in collaboration with YouTube Ads. Work on projects such as brand reconciliation. Transform the search benchmarking landscape by combining audience-based data with business specific dimensions. Help unlock insights that utilize both datasets such as multi-language creative improvement. Benefits and equal opportunity
