Overview

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Responsibilities

Assist in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store Support Guest Services to ensure guest satisfaction and store profitability Develop staff and support Store Manager in day-to-day operations Control expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control Ensure flexible scheduling to meet store needs Maintain safety and standard operating procedures during operations Qualifications

Prior retail management experience is required Minimum age requirement is 18 Physical requirements: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds Flexible schedule availability Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate ranges from $18.50 - $18.75 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include: New York Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
