Compensation and Schedule Starting wage: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Shift Schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping memory care residents and wants to grow with Arrow Senior Living.
Responsibilities
Be an “Advocate of Empathy”: create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
Act as a Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests and abilities, collaborate to create engagement plans, and implement strategies with patience.
Master of the Mise en Scène: prepare and set the stage for residents’ daily experiences (breakfast dining, event spaces, nighttime routines) and guide residents through their day.
Life Partner: partner with residents to support daily activities from wake-up to sleep.
Document resident care and changes in condition with accuracy.
Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
What We’re Looking For
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
You will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
You have a positive and energetic attitude and will LOVE our residents.
You possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
You must be active; the role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
You must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
You must be criminally cleared.
