Job Title: Warehouse Worker Driver
Job Description
This role involves providing warehouse support in a dynamic environment and delivering materials locally to customers. The position balances driving and warehouse duties, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver all materials to customer sites within the West Portland Metro area using a 24-foot box truck, ensuring timely and accurate order drop-offs.
- Maintain a clean vehicle and organized truck materials while adhering to all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Engage in warehouse activities such as operating machines for specialty packaging, including die cutters and glue machines.
- Collaborate with team members, asking questions and working flexibly in various areas as needed.
- Verify shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Operate electric, sit-down forklift and use basic hand tools for crating materials, with training provided.
- Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
Essential Skills
- Experience in driving, packing, inventory management, and production.
- General labor skills, including material handling and operation of a box truck.
- Ability to stand, lift, walk, and move for the entire shift.
- Strong reliability and attendance.
- Ability to work well with others, take directions, and communicate respectfully.
- Clean driving record and customer service skills for deliveries.
- Proficiency in using a forklift and pallet jack.
- Comfortable around dogs, as the team includes three calm Bernese Mountain Dogs.
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report.

The role is based in a warehouse environment with packaging machines and a clean, calm space attached to a small office. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, providing a balanced and supportive work atmosphere.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
