Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Radiologist, performs and/or assists with all routine diagnostic and therapeutic radiographic procedures. Produce quality images while applying both radiation and physical safety measures Collect Patient Data and Document Procedure Perform and/or assists with Radiographic Procedures Performs ordered X-Rays in an ambulatory environment Performance Improvement
Qualifications
Job Requirements
: Currently enrolled in an accredited Radiologic Science program or eligible for American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Must receive accreditation as an x-ray tech from the ARRT within 6 months of graduating from an accredited Radiologic Science program. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
