As a Client Partner, you will be a key part of growth within a targeted portfolio of accounts in the Consumer vertical. You will work to expand Catalant's presence across multiple departments, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and project extensions. With your industry expertise and understanding of Catalant's offerings, you will serve as a trusted advisor, identifying and promoting tailored solutions to address clients' business challenges. This strategic, client-facing role is ideal for someone experienced in consultative selling, relationship management, and positioning advisory and execution solutions.
What You'll Do :
Design engagement plans involving high-value stakeholders and communication strategies to deepen relationships.
Engage early in clients' planning to position Catalant as a key enabler for strategic initiatives.
Develop customized consulting solutions and talent aligned with client goals, highlighting Catalant's value.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior executives, including C-level and VPs.
Engage multiple departments within client organizations, such as strategy, operations, supply chain, procurement, CTO/CIO, and others.
Maintain a pipeline of potential projects, tracking them through all sales stages.
Collaborate with Associates to match talent to project needs.
Engage with Catalant experts for strategic projects to vet, prepare, and advise.
Ensure experts are well-prepared for interviews and proposals with clear client needs.
Summarize and communicate the value of Catalant's work at assigned accounts, monitoring progress.
Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across Catalant.
Who You Are :
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or higher is a plus.
10+ years in sales, professional services, or consulting.
5+ years working with Consumer / CPG / Retail clients.
Proven ability to build successful pipelines and manage a book of business.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to engage clients at all levels.
Deep network and understanding of the client community, with the ability to hit the ground running.
Passion for solving complex business problems.
