Requirements: ✔️ 2 years recent RRT experience (first-timers not accepted) ✔️ Certifications: RRT/CRTT, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, CA License ✔️ Pediatric/Neonatal experience preferred ✔️ Experience with Puritan Bennett, Avea, SVN, BiPAP, Bubble CPAP, High Flow
Skills/Procedures: Ventilator management: BiPAP, CPAP, troubleshooting high pressure alarms, weaning Airway management & suctioning: oral/nasal airway, tracheostomy care, extubation Pulmonary hygiene & nebulizer therapy Medication delivery: albuterol, atrovent, combivent, inhaled nitric oxide, ketamine, tobramycin, and more Basic EKG & ABG interpretation
