As a Senior Client Experience Strategist, you will be responsible for defining, designing, and partnering with the firm, to deliver experiences that drive client and business value to our current clients. As an experience owner for phases and moments across the client journey, you will:
What you'll do... Shape the vision for the future of the client experience Help align the organization around delivering exceptional client experiences through leading the use of tools like client experience journey mapping and business case development Build deep empathy for our clients and translate into strategy using methodologies like design thinking Create excitement around transforming our client experience and helping clients achieve the things that matter most to them Lead experience innovation and differentiation - determining unmet needs and identifying opportunities to innovate across various products, services and touchpoints. Using test and learn, identify experience pain points, define strategic opportunities for design, define big ideas and capabilities, and pressure-test ideas through design research, test and learn methodologies, and value evaluation.
Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism.

MBA or Masters' strongly preferred. 10+ years' experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility in strategic marketing, strategy and/or experience design Familiarity with design thinking and application to experience strategy and design. Expertise in systems thinking
**Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**
