We are recruiting a Senior Software Engineer to support the Army Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center Headquarters at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. This position will provide software engineering support to the development, maintenance, and sustainment of the C5ISR Center Enterprise Systems. This support includes providing end user support, scoping requirements for new features/processes/apps, development and implementation, testing, training, and process documentation in the Salesforce Platform. Responsibilities
Provide daily administrator, technical and functional support for Salesforce and other cloud/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications as needed. Collaborate with end users to capture feedback, resolve issues, create enhancement requests, log and work cases within the platform, and provide help desk support. Perform detailed analysis of technical and business requirements and/or issues and make recommendations to CRM Program Manager. Perform data imports and updates. Conduct QA testing activities and document changes to the system. Make system changes to include but not limited to: objects, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Create documentation of existing and new systems and procedures. Create training material as needed and host training sessions with end-users. Build reports that help support business functions in various departments and divisions across the organization. Participate and lead meetings with end users, stakeholders, and CRM Program Manager. Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, features and best practices. Translate business requirements into well architected solutions. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, deploys and documents those programs. Analyze current automations and make recommendations and improvements. Diagnose and report any issues that affect the performance, cost, or schedule of the application and propose alternatives to mitigate these issues to the Government project lead. Assist with the planning of application changes, development, and installation of upgrades and new releases. Comply with all applicable security requirements to include, but not limited to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and DISA checklists. Use SE2 or equivalent for project management, bugs, and issue tracking. Conduct customer support by gathering information, conducting research, developing, testing, deploying, and corresponding with customers as required. Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience desired.
