Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with clients in the higher education, healthcare, and life sciences sectors to define project requirements and expectations. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations promptly. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing concerns. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success. Foster a collaborative and productive environment for all project team members. A successful Project Manager should have: Proven experience managing construction projects in higher education, healthcare, or life sciences. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and stakeholders.
