We are a Pilates and Massage studio in Highland Park, IL. We provide high-quality services to our north shore clientele. Our studio specializes in rehabbing injured and aging populations. We are seeking energetic, friendly, and dynamic Pilates instructors for both classes and privates. The ideal candidate will have confidence working with all levels of clients to provide challenging, fitness-based reformer Pilates classes in a safe manner. If you have a passion for Pilates and helping others improve their lives through health and fitness, you’ll be a great addition to our team.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Hold a Pilates certification from a Pilates school in the U.S. * New graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of experience is preferred. * Must carry current Professional Liability Insurance. * CPR certification. * Must be client-oriented. * Ability to communicate effectively with clients, owners, and co-workers. * Maintain a high level of positive physical and mental energy. * Experience teaching group classes (up to 4 clients). * Ability to demonstrate effective instruction on all Pilates equipment. * Conduct private, semi-private, demo, or other additional sessions as needed. * Experience working with injured population. * Punctual, reliable, and dedicated. * Maintain a clean and orderly environment.
Compensation and Benefits
* Hourly rate $38+ * Liability insurance Coverage Reimbursement Program * Holiday and birthday bonuses * Equipment provided * Free on-site parking lot * 3 minute walk from Highwood Metra station * This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on Experience & Performance.
