Overview
Technical Product Manager on the Customer-Facing Digital Experience team, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to define the vision and roadmap for a platform that spans backend services, a customer-facing website, and mobile applications. Because this is a greenfield project, you’ll have the chance to make foundational decisions that will influence our architecture, product design, and development processes for years to come. Responsibilities
Define Product Strategy and Vision:
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the comprehensive platform, spanning backend services, the customer-facing website, and mobile applications. Translate and Prioritize:
Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements, epics, and stories. Manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with sprint planning. Be the Voice of the Customer:
Act as the voice of the customer, identifying opportunities to enhance the end-to-end journey across all digital touchpoints (web, mobile, in-store, etc.). Dive deep into system complexity to drive simple, innovative solutions. Provide Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate closely with senior engineers, designers, and business stakeholders at multiple levels to ensure customer-centric design and translate concepts into reality. Drive Innovation and Execution:
Pioneer new experiences by benchmarking against competitors and emerging trends. Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring effective execution while maintaining high standards of judgment. Communicate and Align:
Act as an articulate and persuasive communicator and collaborator, working with business, operations, tech, and BI teams to define and deliver solutions. Coordinate with stakeholders on incident management. Bridge Product and Engineering:
Possess a strong technical background to blend the 'what' (product vision) and the 'how' (technical implementation), enabling you to speak the language of engineers and challenge technical solutions. Location

5+ years of progressive experience with IT project execution. Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related and applicable experience. Experience defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and system interactions across front end, back end, and data layers. Experience in building e-commerce solutions. Minimum Salary:
$138,600 Maximum Salary:
$200,550 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
