Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience to design, build, test, and maintain core PrismHR software applications that power our customer-facing businesses. You will work with internal product teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. As part of this high-performing team, you will adhere to established best practices for code management and technical specifications, perform code and security reviews, conduct integration testing, and implement existing DevOps procedures. Job Responsibilities
Solution Design and Implementation: Create efficient and logical solution designs for clients. Understand the benefits of various design methodologies and object-oriented environments. Recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions. Coding Standards and Peer Reviews: Communicate and enforce coding standards, conduct peer reviews, and collaborate with others. Perform code and security reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices. Development: Seek and participate in development opportunities beyond required training. Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team environment. Collaboration and Communication: Work with internal product teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Use strong team and interpersonal communication skills to foster a collaborative work environment. Technical and DevOps Procedures: Implement existing DevOps procedures, ensuring smooth integration and deployment. Perform integration testing to ensure seamless functionality. Required Skills and Experience
Core Competencies: 5+ years of experience with C# and object-oriented programming; 5+ years with the ASP.NET framework (including ASP.NET Core); 5+ years of front-end JS component libraries (Angular, React, or Vue; Angular preferred); 5+ years of SQL database development with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL. Technical Expertise: Experience with Azure serverless technologies (Function, Logic Apps); strong knowledge of REST and API technologies; modern front-end web development (HTML5, CSS3, JS, TypeScript); experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Additional experience with Syncfusion components; experience with Microsoft Azure technologies including API gateway, Azure SQL, and Azure App Services.
