Principal Product Manager (Chicago-based) As our next Principal Product Manager, you’ll shape the future of loyalty experiences that delight customers, drive partner growth, and scale our loyalty platform business globally. About Agoda: Agoda is an online travel booking platform for accommodations, flights, and more. We build and deploy technology that connects travelers with a global network of hotels and holiday properties worldwide, plus flights, activities, and more. About Rocket Travel by Agoda: Rocket Travel by Agoda is the strategic partnerships arm of Agoda, part of Booking Holdings. It partners with global brands to deliver loyalty solutions and travel experiences that reward customers and maximize value. Salary and location: The annual salary range for the Chicago-metro area is $147,000 - $220,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus in addition to base pay. Chicago hybrid work is preferred. What You’ll Do

Strategy & Analysis Lead competitive-landscape and market analyses to identify new loyalty growth opportunities. Define product strategy and success metrics using quantitative methods and data-driven insights. Analyze user requirements and inform roadmap decisions. Execution & Delivery Drive end-to-end product development: conceptualize, launch, and optimize loyalty features and solutions. Build and run experiments to test performance, measure impact, and iterate rapidly. Develop engineered processes and innovative technologies to improve organizational efficiency. Collaboration & Influence Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Legal teams to deliver cutting-edge travel solutions. Liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders to align on vision, priorities, and go-to-market plans. Collaborate across regions, product areas, and functions to solve loyalty challenges. What You’ll Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline). Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making. Strong data skills. Bias for action to unlock business value for partners and customers (RTA). Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English) with the ability to convey complex messages clearly to stakeholders. Experience developing and launching products. Experience leading global product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions. Entrepreneurial and analytical skills; ability to break down complex problems and manage change. Hands-on mentality. Nice to have: MBA or Master’s degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics. Data tools – SQL, Python, R, or equivalent. Employer Values & Equal Opportunity
