Lead a team that bakes and decorates cakes to company standards and ensures a high-quality guest experience. Ensure bakery operations run smoothly and create a positive, engaging environment for guests and team members. Build genuine connections with the local community and identify ways to celebrate local businesses. Maintain efficient store operations with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
