We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Talent Growth and Capability Lead to accelerate next generation talent at Agilent.

This role will lead the design, evolution and implementation of our high potential talent development program and related growth initiatives.

The role plays a key part in building enterprise capabilities—developing the skills and experiences needed to support strategic growth and transformation**Key responsibilities** Partner with the Head of Executive Succession and Enterprise Talent to ensure the next generation pipeline is aligned with and feeds C-suite and critical role succession strategy.Work with Leadership Development and Learning & Development colleagues to align development offerings with the needs of high-potential talent.Drive enterprise capability building by embedding skill development, leadership behaviors, and future-ready competencies into talent strategies and experiences. 8+ years of experience in HR program management, talent management, or leadership development, ideally in a global or matrixed organization. Proven ability to design and scale enterprise-wide talent programs focused on high-potential or high-performing populations. Strong project management skills – managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.Experience using data analytics to inform program design and measure impact.
