R2500**About the role.**The Senior Actuarial Pricing Manager is responsible for supporting PURE’s actuarial rate plan and working closely with both the Actuarial and Product Management teams. This position offers an opportunity to build leadership and analytical skills on a growing team within PURE Insurance, a part of the Tokio Marine Group.**What you’ll do.*** Manage a team of analyst(s) producing rate filing indications for Homeowners, Auto, Excess Liability, and Private Collections lines of business* Leverage in depth understanding of ratemaking and state rate filing laws to answer DOIs enquiries* Clearly communicate results and implementation schedules to management* Lead bi-weekly status meetings with the Product Management team* Establish best practices within and across teams* Develop effective tools to improve processes and minimize manual work* Gain exposure to other pricing projects, including modeling and other analytical experience**What we’re looking for.*** A strong preference for candidates who are located in Chicago, Boston, or White Plains, NY and able to work a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.* 5+ years of relevant actuarial experience preferred* ACAS or near ACAS designation within the Casualty Actuarial Society* Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills* Experience using software to extract, analyze, organize, and communicate data to support decision-making* Strong organizational and communication skills are a must* Intelligent, curious, and self-driven* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a diverse team environmentThe base salary for this role can range from $125,000 to $145,000 based on a full-time work schedule.
