Front Desk Supervisor - DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile (HOT0BZBM) Location: Doubletree Magnificent Mile, 300 E. Ohio St, Chicago 60622 The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago- Magnificent Mile is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join the team. This contemporary, vibrant, and newly redesigned hotel is located just steps from Michigan Avenue shopping and Navy Pier. The Front Desk Supervisor is a full-time position, working rotating/flexible shifts, starting at either 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm. Some overnights may be required. Weekends and holidays required. Our current wage range for this role is $24.00–$25.00 per hour. What will I be doing? Responsibilities

Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided. Assigns and instructs team members in details of work. Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly. Resolves customer complaints. Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff. What are we looking for?
