We depend on a diverse team of talented staff to design, develop, and deploy information solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement solutions for SharePoint applications, including workflows using Nintex Workflows 2019, role-based identity management, authentication, and authorization. Develop secure mechanisms for data exchange with external systems via APIs or other methods. Create and maintain data structures, support data migration, warehousing, visualization, and integration between SharePoint and other systems. Ensure data security at rest and in transit, including encryption and compliance with policies for mitigating vulnerabilities. Participate in agile processes, including backlog grooming, user story estimation using story points, and Kanban-based issue tracking in JIRA or ServiceNow. Conduct testing at all phases, document test methodologies and results, and support quality assurance processes. Provide production support, including escalation for break/fix issues, incident management, root cause analysis, and warranty fixes within 30 days post-release. Prioritize out-of-the-box (OOTB) SharePoint capabilities, promote code reuse, and develop scalable, interoperable solutions. Support application modernization tasks, such as integrating Power Platform features, AI enhancements, or cloud search. Protect sensitive information, anonymize data for testing, and ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards, Federal Records Act (FRA), and Presidential Records Act (PRA). Document work in Confluence or other prescribed tools and provide necessary documentation for EOP staff to operate applications independently. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 4+ years of development experience without a degree. Proficiency in SharePoint application development and administration, C# and SQL programming, solution architecture, data management, and Nintex Workflows. Experience with agile methodologies, SDLC best practices, ITIL, and the U.S. Digital Services Playbook. Familiarity with web browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari) and mobile devices (iPhone/iPad with Chrome/Safari on iOS 12+ or iPadOS). Strong collaborative skills for working in integrated product teams. Ability to meet DOD 8570 compliance for Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II. Top Secret (TS) Eligible Security+ CE Certification Preferred Skills

Experience with EOP platforms, data export to NARA, and handling CUI/PII in FIPS 199 "Moderate" systems. Knowledge of release management, regression testing, and integration with tools like Box or M365 Cloud Search. Salary
