We help customers make the most of the Workday platform!**About the Role**The Technical Consultant works closely with the client’s project team to design, develop, and deploy a customer’s various technical requirements. These requirements include integrations between Workday and adjacent systems in the customer landscape, migration of data from existing customer systems to Workday, and relevant reporting and analytic solutions. They have knowledge of core design principles, common data modeling and patterns, project implementation methodology, and a successful track record of delivering.**About You**We are looking for hardworking, innovative consultants who are passionate about what they do! Principal Technical Consultant (P5)*** 8+ years of experience with Workday Data Conversion, OR* 8+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design, OR* 6+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, or Financials domain experience**Basic Qualifications:

Sr Principal Technical Consultant (P6)*** 10+ years of experience with Workday Data Conversion, OR* 10+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design, OR* 8+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, or Financials domain experience**Other Qualifications:*** Experience working within or with customers, preferably in the Federal Government, State & Local Government or other relevant industries* Active Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification* Participation in minimum of 3 full life cycle software implementations* Experience taking a leadership role within a software, system, or application implementation.* Advanced skills with ETL, SQL/MySQL, XML, Microsoft Excel, stored procedures or other data tooling* Advanced skills with Workday data conversion technologies such as iLoad, EIB, Advanced Load* Advanced understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle - including data requirements gathering, dataset migration, data reconciliation, and move to production* 4+ years of experience coordinating and collaborating with cross organizational partners to define requirements and resolve data issues* 4+ years of experience mapping, transforming, and loading data from source to target software systems.* Experience leading a Data Conversion workstream on a software implementation* Demonstrated learning agility, with the ability to quickly adapt to new situations, learn from experiences, and apply knowledge to solve problems and drive innovation* Strong technical acumen, including the ability to understand, apply, and troubleshoot technical information and systems to enhance efficiency and problem-solving* Exceptional solutions design skills, with the ability to analyze business challenges and develop effective solutions that leverage technology and optimize resources* Strong influencing skills, including persuasive communication and the ability to drive consensus and effectively collaborate with stakeholders* Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.**Posting End Date**: 10/31/25.

Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
