Insight Global is hiring a highly skilled and compassionate EMT/Paramedic to provide direct care for a young adult living with Lyme disease who is prone to seizures. This role is hands-on and deeply personal-ideal for someone who thrives in a one-on-one care setting.

Shift Times: 9pm-4am EST, Full-time -- flexible schedule with 2 weekends/month Located on Dunedin, FL, 34698

Responsibilities • Assist with bathing and personal hygiene • Monitor and respond to seizure episodes, including administering medications • Hook up oxygen machines and manage emergency protocols • Organize and manage daily/weekly medications • Coordinate appointments and transportation • Spike bags and hook up lines to a dialysis catheter port • Maintain sterile technique and document symptoms meticulously • Make pharmacy calls and pick up medications • Travel readiness for international treatment

Required Skills & Experience • Valid driver's license • RN, EMT, or Paramedic experience • Experience with seizure care and oxygen equipment • Skilled in sterile technique and port access • Strong documentation and organizational skills • Compassionate, upbeat, and proactive personality

Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience pushing meds through dialysis ports

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
