Description The IT Infrastructure Analyst works as part of a team to ensure network and systems are operating smoothly and efficiently. This position reports to the Network Infrastructure Manager. Responsibilities include: Implement, support, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco network infrastructure including routers, switches, ISE, WLC, and WLAN hardware. Provide support for Windows-based servers, applications, services, and settings. Monitor and troubleshoot VMWare environments. Provide user support. Create, schedule, and monitor system backups. Follow policies and procedures related to network hardware and software acquisition, licensing, use, support, security, and backup. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Network Infrastructure Manager. Additional Information

Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve network issues. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Cisco certification (CCNA) or equivalent experience. Associate degree in IT or a related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in network/system administration. Experience maintaining a VMWare environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory. Company Description
