Fidelity Warranty Services is hiring experienced automotive professionals to join our Mechanical Claims team. If you’re a skilled mechanic looking for a change of pace, this is your chance to apply your technical expertise in a comfortable office setting—without the grease.
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate mechanical claims using your automotive knowledge Communicate with dealerships and vehicle owners to resolve claims Guide customers through the claims process with empathy and clarity Maintain accurate records using internal systems Collaborate with a team that values integrity and excellence ✅ What You Bring:
3+ years of hands-on automotive/mechanical experience Strong communication and customer service skills Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and claims systems ASE certification and bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus High school diploma or GED required Work Environment:
Training: 2 weeks onsite in Phoenix After Training: Fully remote Schedule: M–F (8–5 or 9–6), occasional Saturdays (8–3) Requirements: Quiet home workspace & high-speed internet Why Join Us?

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
