Lead end-to-end wifi validation efforts, ensuring robust performance and quality standards for our wireless solutions Drive the development and execution of enterprise accessories program Spearhead proof-of-concept initiatives for new technologies and features Manage and track critical IC vendors’ roadmaps to influence eero’s wifi technology roadmaps Own and optimize program and non-program budget allocation and utilization Lead technical initiatives, including the development of enhanced testing methodologies based on real-world data Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams Travel 30% of the time to Asia and US West Coast locations Core Competencies

4+ years of technical product or program management experience 4+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
