Job Description
The Production Assistant will be responsible for handling and processing fabric materials, operating CNC cutting machines, and managing production tasks efficiently. This role requires physical strength and stamina as it involves lifting heavy fabric rolls and multitasking throughout the production process.
Responsibilities
- Lift and handle fabric rolls weighing up to 40 lbs onto CNC cutting machines.
- Operate CNC cutting machines to execute various design cuts.
- Manage and organize buckles, labels, and logos according to work orders.
- Ensure quality control and accuracy in production tasks.
- Collaborate with the production team to maintain workflow efficiency.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production, assembly, and industrial machine operation.
- Proficiency in pick and pack techniques.
- Understanding of quality control processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar production or assembly role.

Work Environment
The work is conducted indoors within a team of three other production assistants, one lead, and one supervisor. The environment is collaborative, and each member plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of production.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SANTA BARBARA, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
