Marketing Sr Leader
to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and demand generation in the North American region. This role will oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives and lead generation efforts while also managing website performance, go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, and partner marketing. The ideal candidate will work closely with GTM sales executives to align marketing programs with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business growth, lead generation, and brand positioning. Website Performance & Optimization:
Manage website performance, SEO, user experience, and align with our content leaders to enhance visibility and conversion rates. Demand Generation:
Plan and execute campaigns to attract and convert high-quality leads through account-based marketing (ABM) and buyer journey mapping for all stages of the funnel. Partner Marketing:
Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners to drive joint business opportunities and brand visibility. Coordinate with the events, content, and PR team to execute initiatives. Marketing Analytics & Optimization:
Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing efforts to improve ROI. Team leadership:
Lead one analyst, aligning strategies, overseeing activities, and supporting the execution plan.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong written and verbal English communication. The person will report and interact with native English speakers. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a technology-driven organization. Experience working with team members from all levels of the organization including company executives, sales team, marketing team, and other cross-functional teams Team management experience Balance between strategic plans and hands-on. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing strategies. Experience managing website performance, SEO, and conversion rate optimization. Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. Experience with partner marketing and co-marketing initiatives. Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics). Excellent content creation, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
