Amazon Connect is a cloud-based contact center that enables businesses to deliver engaging, dynamic, and personal customer service experiences. It leverages Artificial Intelligence and services such as Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, Lambda, S3 and Kinesis to provide a scalable, extensible customer experience. You will be part of a team building a product that will touch millions of people daily and will help shape technology and product as we grow.
You’ll join a diverse team and collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers, security experts, operations managers, and others across AWS to deliver high standards for safety and security while providing scalable capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Responsibilities
- Own code end-to-end from requirements to development, working with senior technical leaders within the team and across the organization.
- Develop the next generation contact center, delivering scalable, resilient systems with a constant customer focus.
- Work across the stack with modern web technologies, SOA, databases, AI/ML, and big data as part of building customer-focused solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
