Overview

Enterprise Business Development Representative to join Amazon One Medical. Responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our enterprise customer base through proactive prospecting and lead generation. You will identify, qualify, and nurture high-potential leads, capture customer needs, build pipeline, and set up qualified opportunities for the enterprise sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and other outreach tactics
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Amazon One Medical to decision-makers at target enterprise accounts
  • Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline
  • Hand off qualified opportunities to the enterprise sales team for further engagement and closure
  • Maintain detailed records of all prospecting and lead generation activities in Salesforce
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets and other key performance metrics

A day in the life

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, follow up via email, and update Salesforce
  • Hand off qualified leads to the enterprise sales team for deeper discovery and closing
  • Collaborate with marketing, participate in team meetings, and optimize prospecting efforts to expand the pipeline
  • Demonstrate hunter mentality, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional or military experience
  • 2+ years of generating new opportunities with a strong focus on pipeline tracking and deal execution through the entire sales cycle
  • 2+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience and success in outbound account management or prospecting in B2B, preferably in a solution/technology-related environment
  • Advanced Salesforce.com experience including dashboards and reports; programming experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges from $52,000/year to $111,300/year, depending on location and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company; equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits may be provided as part of a broader package. This position will remain posted until filled.
