Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. This role supports inventory control, order fulfillment, and general warehouse organization, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
• Load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow company safety protocols and report any issues immediately.
• Assist in other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Forklift certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
