Description:

The RN on the Med Surg Cardiac unit provides care for patients with cardiac conditions, including arrhythmias, heart failure, and post-procedure recovery. Responsibilities include cardiac monitoring, medication administration, patient education, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
