The hourly rate for this position is $22.50. This position is also eligible to earn overtime.

The Security Officer is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees. This person will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required. This person will be primarily assigned to work the overnight shift.

Responsibilities

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff, monitoring property access, responding to incidents, and completing required reports in a timely and accurate manner. This role is largely overnight based with occasional flexibility based on business needs.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
