Job Summary Find Your Smile Aesthetics is a boutique private dental practice in Los Angeles that blends luxury, warmth, and professionalism. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and committed to creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting the dentist in delivering high-quality care. What You’ll Do · Prepare treatment rooms and ensure a welcoming, clean, and organized environment · Assist the dentist chairside during procedures with efficiency and professionalism · Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment according to OSHA/Cal-OSHA standards · Take digital x-rays and impressions as directed · Assist with maintaining accurate patient records and treatment notes · Accurate tracking & maintenance of treatment and laboratory cases · Provide patients with clear post-operative and preventive care instructions · Manage inventory and order supplies as needed What We’re Looking For · Active California Dental Assistant license (RDA preferred, but not required) · Strong communication and patient care skills · Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment · Reliable, coachable, and a positive team player · Comfortable with technology and digital dental systems Why You’ll Love It Here At Find Your Smile Aesthetics, you’ll be part of a close-knit, boutique practice where your contributions truly make an impact.
