Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is hiring motivated, goal-oriented people to join our Proximity Marketing Team. This role is more than knocking on doors and is a path where many leaders began their careers. You'll receive paid training, earn hourly pay plus performance bonuses, and build real sales skills. This is an active, face-to-face role where you’ll be out in neighborhoods connecting with homeowners who already know our brand. If you’re outgoing and ready to grow, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Approaching potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
• Product Knowledge & Communication: Clearly communicating and explaining our products and services.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
• Customer Service: Providing a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
• Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection while being mindful and self-aware.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or canvassing a plus but not required.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation to the office.

Pay Range: USD $25.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.
