Job Summary:

Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes. Maximize client retention through excellent service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability. Modify and adapt movements for individuals. Teach and improve the lives of D1’s members, including youth (ages 7-18), adults, and teams, by exhibiting passion, expertise, high energy, positivity, strong character, and exceptional customer service. Ensure workouts start and end on time, assess and align members with appropriate programs, build relationships, coach group workouts, personal training, and teams. Deliver educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition. Teach proper form and technique to keep athletes safe.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on proper technique to reduce injury risk

Qualifications:

  • Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
  • At least one NCCA-accredited certification
  • Minimum 1 year of strength & conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
