What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop a deep understanding of the employer's desktop, web, and mobile app products to enhance customer engagement
• Collaborate with product managers to define objectives and track progress against goals
• Maintain and support core product dashboards covering key metrics such as acquisition and retention
• Own and manage datasets used across analytics platforms like Looker Studio and BigQuery
• Assist in setting up and monitoring experiments using tools like Heap and LaunchDarkly

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in analytics, data operations, or product analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data stacks like BigQuery and GitHub
• Ability to create visualizations in tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working in fintech or SaaS environments
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms like Heap
• Experience with A/B testing or experimentation tools such as LaunchDarkly
• Interest in futures trading, market dynamics, or financial modeling
• Experience with DBT
