Grand Hyatt is hiring: Concierge (Seasonal) in Park City

Overview

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is part of a new development in the Deer Valley ski resort area, approximately 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. It includes 436 luxury accommodations (381 guest rooms and 55 residential units) and conference/retail space, with amenities such as multiple restaurants, lounges, a pool, fitness area, kids club, and extensive meeting space.

Role Summary

The Concierge will serve as a key guest-facing representative of the property, providing personalized recommendations, assisting with reservations, and creating memorable experiences for guests throughout the ski season. This role is critical in ensuring high guest satisfaction during our busiest months.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized guest service, including arranging dining, transportation, and activity reservations.
• Share expert knowledge of local attractions, ski services, and seasonal events.
• Assist with on-property activations and guest experiences.
• Maintain relationships with local partners and vendors to enhance guest offerings.
• Provide timely and professional responses to guest requests.
