Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as a Warehouse Worker. This dynamic role combines hands-on warehouse operations with the opportunity to mentor and support program beneficiaries in their work therapy development. You\'ll help maintain an organized warehouse while making a meaningful impact in people\'s lives.

Pay Rate: $14.00

Status: Full-time, 40 hr

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Load, unload, and move products to correct departments
  • Price merchandise according to guidelines
  • Track production numbers and complete reports
  • Maintain organized work areas and a clean environment
  • Operate warehouse equipment as trained
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures

Donation Processing

  • Assist donors with donation drop-offs
  • Complete donation receipts accurately
  • Collect and track donor information
  • Process various types of donations including clothing and accessories; household items; electronics; furniture and antiques; jewelry and collectibles

Equipment Operation

  • Baler
  • Compactor
  • Forklift
  • Elevator
  • Other warehouse equipment

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Must read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • Warehouse experience beneficial
  • Customer service experience helpful

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic math and reporting skills
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset

Physical Requirements

  • Regular lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
  • Extended standing and walking
  • Frequent bending and reaching
  • Clear vision and depth perception
  • Ability to operate equipment safely
