Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)

Position

Our office is looking for a reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy OB/GYN practice. In this role, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our patients, helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and at the front desk. You\'ll need to be friendly, able to adjust to changes quickly, and a quick learner willing to take direction, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Receptionist handles phone calls, scheduling, patient check-in and check-out and other clerical tasks such as follow-ups, authorizations, and more.

Qualifications

  • Previous medical office experience (OB/GYN experience is a big plus!)
  • Great multitasking and communication skills
  • Able to stay calm and organized in a busy setting
  • Professional, friendly, and respectful with patients and coworkers
  • A team player who\'s willing to jump in and help wherever needed
  • The ideal candidate is flexible and is able to go between 2 offices

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Spanish or Russian speaking is a plus but not required

Hours & Salary

Various Hours (Monday-Friday 9a-8p, Saturday 9a-2p)

Salary Range: $19.60/hr
