Overview

Pinnacle Site Solutions is looking for a skilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll operate a variety of heavy machinery to support commercial site development projects across Gainesville, Ocala, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position with consistent hours, opportunities for advancement, and a team that values hard work and results.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including:
  • Frontend Loaders
  • Excavators
  • Dozers
  • Graders
  • Haul Trucks
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all machinery on active job sites
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment
• Work in collaboration with site supervisors and team members to complete tasks on schedule
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Adapt to changing site conditions and project needs

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating heavy equipment on construction or site work projects
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience specifically operating excavators and dozers
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong understanding of equipment safety and job site awareness
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
