Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, work pieces, and blueprints to determine the process, materials, and sequence of operations required to assemble parts.
• Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets, or fasteners.
• Install hardware such as fasteners, terminals, and electrical components.
• Operate riveting machines or other installation equipment to assist in assembly operations.
• Make minor repairs and clean tools between uses.
• Verify conformance of finished work pieces to specifications and blueprints using appropriate measuring devices.
• Communicate with engineers, production personnel, supervisors, or others to resolve problems.
• Submit change requests as necessary to keep production times competitive.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Contribute to producing high-quality aerospace and electronic products that meet customer expectations.
• Use various tools efficiently and make adjustments as needed to support precision manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Record of High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn and grow.
