Responsibilities

• Manage a complex and busy executive calendar
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry and project assistance
• Coordinate travel arrangements for individuals and groups
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Organize meetings and events from start to finish

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably within a BPO
• Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a wired, high-speed internet connection (20Mbps+ download speed)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
• Experience with logistics and procurement duties
